What Are You Thinking?
What are you thinking? Have you stopped recently to think about what you are thinking about? Your thought life is the fuel for your habits. If you can change your thoughts…you can change your life.
Proverbs 23:7 says; “As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.” Do you believe this? If you do, then it is important to pay attention to what you are thinking…as it will define who you are. It’s the old adage “garbage in – garbage out”…the converse is true…goodness in – goodness out. The most important conversation you have is the one with yourself. You talk to yourself, as do I , daily…many times – almost non-stop…the question is, what is the focus of that conversation.
Proverbs 4:23 instructs; “Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life.” It is not speaking of your physical organ that pumps blood throughout your body. It is speaking of the center of your thoughts…as a man thinks in his heart! We must set a guard on the diet of our minds. What are you thinking?

2. Align your mind food with positive
3. Abandon your mind food that is negative
The Apostle Paul shared this secret to the Philippians when he said; “And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.” Phil 4:8

Watch your thoughts, they become words.
Watch your words, they become actions.
Watch your actions, they become habits.
Watch your habits, they become your character.
Watch your character, it becomes your destiny.
